ELECTION ALERT: Tea Party Express Endorses James Lankford for Senate in Oklahoma

Sacramento, CA: Tea Party Express, the nation’s largest grassroots Tea Party political action committee, is pleased to announce its endorsement of James Lankford for re-election to the United States Senate from the State of Oklahoma. 

Tea Party Express Co-Founder and Chief Strategist Sal Russo said, “Senator Lankford is a principled conservative leader with a sound commitment to fighting against a government with burdensome regulations that are destroying small businesses.  Throughout his time in the Senate, he has consistently fought on behalf of Oklahomans against the liberal elite who are determined to ruin our economy with their destructive anti-business policies.  Bad economic policies result in less opportunity for all Oklahomans.

“Because of his persistent efforts to stand up for the people of Oklahoma and small business owners, Citizens Against Government Waste awarded Senator Lankford the “Guardian of the Small Business” and the “Taxpayer Super Hero” awards for his stellar record of fiscal conservatism.  Senator Lankford also scored as the Senate’s top-ranked “Taxpayers Friend” by the National Taxpayers Union for his efforts to lower taxes and reduce the size of government. 

“A true statesman who always puts the taxpayers first, Senator Lankford has earned the respect and endorsement from those in his home state like Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt, Lt. Governor Matt Pinnell, and U.S. Senator Jim Inhofe.  Senator Lankford has also been endorsed by his conservative colleagues in the Senate, U.S. Senators Mike Lee and Ted Cruz.
