Tea Party Express Endorses Joe Kent for Congress in Washington

Sacramento, CA: Tea Party Express, the nation’s largest grassroots Tea Party political action committee, is pleased to announce its endorsement of Joe Kent in Washington’s 3rd Congressional District.
Tea Party Express Co-Founder and Chief Strategist Sal Russo said, “We are pleased to support Joe Kent for Congress because he is a true American patriot who has dedicated his life to keeping America safe from enemies both foreign and domestic. We are proud to stand with former Democrat Tulsi Gabbard who strongly endorsed Joe after she explained how she could no longer support the Democrat policies under Joe Biden.
“Having spent 20 years in the U.S. Army, Joe enlisted as an infantryman and moved his way up to Special Forces. He volunteered every chance he could to protect America and deployed eleven times to hostile nations. His wife was killed fighting ISIS in Syria and this horrific tragedy shook Joe to his core.
“After the tragic death of his beloved wife, Joe understood the importance of ensuring those making decisions in Washington, D.C. were equipped to understand the consequences of what could happen from their bad decisions, so he decided to run for Congress to make a difference. And with only 91 members of Congress ever having served in the military, we need to elect veterans like Joe Kent who have been on the frontlines and understand the real threat we face from hostile nations and the importance of having a solid national security strategy to address our security crisis before it is too late.
“Joe is also determined to fight on behalf of the constituents in his district. And while big-government liberals like Speaker Nancy Pelosi and President Joe Biden want more control over small businesses, Joe understands how crushing regulations from power-hungry bureaucrats have crippled the once thriving timber and fishing industries in his district.
