ELECTION ALERT: Tea Party Express Endorses Dale Strong for Congress in Alabama

Sacramento, CA: Tea Party Express, the nation’s largest grassroots Tea Party political action committee, is pleased to announce its endorsement of Dale Strong in Alabama’s Fifth Congressional District.  

Tea Party Express Co-Founder and Chief Strategist Sal Russo said, “Dale Strong is a battle-tested fiscal conservative with the experience needed to take on the liberal spenders in Washington, D.C.  He knows how to do more with less, and as Chairman of the Madison County Commission, he cut spending and installed fiscally-sound polices to enhance economic development, resulting in more than 26,000 jobs being brought to the community.

“Dale reversed the financial trainwreck and 8.2% unemployment rate he inherited in Alabama, and I’m confident he’ll continue to push for pro-business policies at the national level when he is elected.  In fact, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce recently endorsed his candidacy, recognizing Dale’s ability to lead the charge and stop the skyrocketing inflation destroying our economy. 

“It takes more than voting ‘no’ all the time to be an effective Congressman, and Dale has demonstrated time and time again that he knows how to find solutions to problems his constituents in Alabama have faced without looking to grow the size and intrusiveness of government.  That is the kind of leadership we need so badly in Washington.  

“In addition to his pro-business credentials, Dale is truly a servant leader.  As a life-long Alabamian, Dale has answered the call to service and dedicated his entire life to faithfully helping the people of Alabama.  From his humble beginnings of working at his father’s country store before school to his current volunteer roles as a firefighter and EMT, Dale understands the importance of serving alongside members of his community to truly assess their needs.
