Sacramento, CA: Tea Party Express, the nation’s largest grassroots Tea Party political action committee, is pleased to announce its endorsement of Marc Molinaro in New York’s 19th Congressional District.
Tea Party Express Co-Founder and Chief Strategist Sal Russo said, “We are pleased to support Marc Molinaro for Congress as he has a proven record in local government of unifying people to get things done. He has an impressive record of achievement, and his extensive work with charitable organizations throughout the Hudson Valley has given him a crucial understanding of the issues that need to be addressed in Congress.
“Marc’s career in public service started at a young age when he was elected to the Village of Tivoli Board of Trustees at just 18 years old. The following year, he went on to become America’s ‘youngest mayor,’ and he was re-elected five times, a tribute to the outstanding service he provided.
“Determined to help make his local community the best it can be, Marc went on to serve in the Dutchess County Legislature and was then elected to the New York State Assembly. Now as a County Executive, it’s clear Marc’s selflessness to improve the lives of New Yorkers is embedded into everything he does.
