Tea Party Express endorsing John Stone for Congress

by Donlyn Turnbull

Tea Party Express would like to introduce you to John Stone running for Georgia’s 12th District seat in the U.S. House Representatives.  We’ve endorsed John Stone and invite you to offer your support as well to help us make this true conservative’s bid for Congress successful.

Meet the man.

John Stone served as the Washington Chief of Staff to House Homeland Security Appropriations Subcommittee Chairman John Carter (R-TX31), and former Deputy Chief of Staff and Communications Director for the late U.S. Rep. Charlie Norwood (R-GA10) and former U.S. Rep. Max Burns (R-GA12).  He wants to bring economic growth to his district through infrastructure that was originally promised by the incumbent but whom failed to do so.

“We need to get our infrastructure in place and start building our economy and jobs in this district with specific projects,” Stone said.  He understands growing the national economy begins within his own backyard and taking care of those citizens within his district.

He also served as President for a non-profit group called the U.S. Freedom Foundation, which focuses on protecting free-market economic interests.

Meet his mission.

John understands the changes must also come at a federal level and our country is in dire need of a course correction.  He wants to create a thriving economy for all Americans.   One issue in particular John is very passionate about is the desire to fully repeal Obamacare.  When he served as President with the Freedom Foundation, he began fighting for American’s to be given the option for Health Savings Accounts.  John says we need to “fight smart and shut it down.”

He is a husband and father to six daughters. He’s been an active Tea Party participant and believes we must stand up if we want to be able to make the changes which must be made to protect our freedoms, establish fiscally responsible leadership and bring prosperity back to America.
