ELECTION ALERT: Tea Party Express Endorses Ron Johnson for Senate in Wisconsin

Sacramento, CA: Tea Party Express, the nation’s largest grassroots Tea Party political action committee, is pleased to announce its endorsement of Ron Johnson for re-election to the United States Senate from the State of Wisconsin.  

Tea Party Express Co-Founder and Chief Strategist Sal Russo said, “U.S. Senator Ron Johnson is a hard-working conservative who isn’t afraid to roll up his sleeves and get things done.  One of his best traits is he is willing to call out establishment politicians on both sides of the aisle, and he refuses to accept the status quo in Washington, D.C., making him a supreme target this election season. 

“In fact, liberals are already pouring resources into Wisconsin hoping to take down Senator Johnson, but voters have shown time and time again that they reject the failed policies of tax-and-spend Democrats in Congress, which is why Senator Johnson was able to defeat his Senate opponent not once, but twice. The liberal and woke policies that Democrats in Wisconsin have embraced are unwanted in the state.

“As a previous small business owner who has created jobs and economic growth, Senator Johnson is a champion for small businesses, and has been endorsed by the National Federation of Independent Business.  Throughout his career, Ron has proven he is focused on pro-growth policies that reduce overreaching and burdensome regulations that rob Wisconsinites of their hard-earned dollars.  He understands farms and small businesses are the backbone of our economy, and he’s not afraid to fight back against the overreaching EPA, which continues to infringe on the personal property rights of Wisconsinites. 

“Wisconsin needs a fiscal conservative who will stand up for the people, and Senator Johnson has shown he’s not afraid of a fight.  And with record-high inflation and skyrocketing prices at the pumps, we need to re-elect solid conservatives like Senator Ron Johnson to hold the line and push back against the radical liberals in Congress.
